Staff are always kind and helpful.
I was very satisfied because the GP was very helpful and I didn't have to wait.
Dr was dismissive of my injury and didnt explore many options for diagnosis and his suggested treatment was totally insufficient. Got a second opinion from another doctor and they said your Drs approach was very poor. This is not the first time my family have been treated in the same manner by the same Dr at your surgery.

Lovely nurse, no waiting time
The dr was not sympathetic, I was very nervous at the appointment and was left to feel like I was wasting the drs time. The appointment was 30 mins late starting and there was no apology for the delay.
I didn't have to wait long and the doctor listened sympathetically and was helpful

I had eleven clips removed from two remaining surgical wounds, 14 days after having keyhole surgery.
I have been with then 30 years same two doctors Dr Manton and Doctor Hallan but Dr Hallan has now retired and Dr Manton has discussed my complicated health with a new Doctor ( Dr Brennen ) so I still have two GPs who understand. There support and understanding is remarkable. The staff behind the scenes understand how difficult communication is with a deaf person which I am and go out of their way to email me with Transport to hospitals or as happened recently sorted an issue with a London hospital. You have everything you need with this surgery
